Components / Application

A second full application preview alongside the manager app — this time for the registered proprietor rather than the strata manager. Same shell, tokens, and component library, but a brand-new set of menus and pages scoped to "my lot" instead of the whole scheme: Margaret Chen, Lot 14 at Harbour View Towers, signed in to check her levies, raise a request, and see what's on at the next AGM.

Why a separate experience

Owners need a small, self-service slice of what the manager sees — their own levy account, their own documents, a way to raise a request — not the manager's full toolkit. Rather than bolt an "owner view" onto the admin nav, the portal is its own shell with its own navigation, so each persona only ever sees what's relevant to them. The visual language stays identical (forest sidebar, the same Widget and badge primitives) so it still reads as one product.
